Audit Pack¶
This template is free, and complete as a management system: all 21 controlled documents are here in full, along with the record structure, the register specifications and the tooling that turns it into your own system. You can adopt it, run it, and never pay anything.
If you would like to take this documentation towards ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 certification, the Audit Pack is the piece that makes it auditable. For every one of the 104 obligations across both standards it supplies the document that implements it, the section, the statement of compliance to put in front of an auditor, the register that evidences it, where its records land, and the paired clause in the other standard - so an audit becomes a matter of following the map rather than rebuilding it.
The fee goes towards the ongoing development and maintenance of this template: keeping the document set current with the standards, the registers and the tooling, and keeping all of it free for everyone who only needs a management system.

What is already yours¶
All 21 controlled documents, in full. Nothing here is a sample, an excerpt or an abridgement.
Both clause maps list every one of the 104 obligations, each with a plain-English summary of what the duty concerns and the status of this system against it - so you can see the entire requirement inventory for both standards, and that the template addresses all of it.
The record structure, the register specifications, the instantiation questionnaire, the guides, the training pages and every tool are yours as well.
Getting the Audit Pack¶
The Audit Pack is available at https://greenhatgroup.com.au/services/iso-9001/upgrade. You receive a key file. Put it somewhere outside the repository and run:
python tools/restore_pack.py --key <your-key-file>
That fills in every mapping cell and regenerates the clause maps in full.
The Audit Pack is supplied under the Audit Pack terms, which are separate from the Licence covering the free template. They set out what you may do with it, the updates included, refunds, and your rights under Australian consumer law.
If you have already instantiated this template for your organisation, add your profile so the restored text resolves your role titles too:

Buying before or after you adopt the system both work, and neither path asks you to start again.
